I am extremely passionate about teaching others how to find the power within themselves to achieve all that is possible. Physical movement is life, and a gateway to finding your inner power. Physical movement is a great way to learn more about your self, while increasing strength, balance, and flexibility.

I offer several different ways to achieve this through group fitness classes, individual training, business enhancement programs, nutritional consultations, and adventure journeys.
